Packages typically include private transportation with a professional driver, an English-speaking expert guide, entry fees for the sites on your itinerary, and hand-picked accommodation or Nile cruise cabins. Flights and personal expenses are usually not included unless stated otherwise.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead, especially during the high season (October to April), to guarantee your preferred guide, vehicle, and Nile cruise cabin availability.
Yes. Every trip can be tailored to your pace and interests, whether that means a private felucca sunset ride, a desert safari, or extra time at a specific site.
You certainly can! All of our trips are available to book online, just select your preferred travel date(s) and away you go. You can also book over the phone if you'd prefer.
International flights are not included and should be booked separately, but all internal transportation in Egypt — including domestic flights, Nile cruises, and private transfers between cities — is included as noted in your itinerary.
Accommodation depends on your itinerary and can include boutique 5-star hotels, Nile cruise cabins, or unique stays such as a desert camp — all hand-picked for comfort, location, and authentic character.
Typical extras to budget for include international flights, personal spending, optional excursions not listed in your itinerary, and gratuities for your guides and drivers.
